How long should it take to receive my order?

Generally, you should have your order about 7 to 10 days. We start processing and filling orders for items in stock right away. Shipping with USPS priority mail takes 5-7 days.

International orders will take more time. Large or custom orders will be coordinated with you.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Can I view the STATUS of my orders?

To check the order status, create an account and place an order. Then, click on 'My Account' located on the right side of the page. You should also receive e-mail updates when that status of an order changes ( processing, shipping, etc. ) an account at the time of purchase.

How long does it take to design a piece of custom jewelry?

Custom jewelry design takes 7-10 business days, with modifications added within two days. We expect production to take 4-5 weeks after approval.

On-site work allows for flexibility with due dates, and the process can take 7-8 weeks depending on modifications needed. Rush jobs can be arranged if needed by a certain date. The more time given, the better the experience for everyone involved.

Can you send items next day air?

We can expedite an order and use a ‘next-day’ option, but you are responsible for the shipping costs.

How do I pick a style for my engagement ring?

Visit our showroom to speak with the staff or browse our website. Choose items you like from our collection and work with our designers to create something beautiful. You can pop the question with a temporary solitaire if you have no idea what style your intended will enjoy. You and your partner can create a ring once you are engaged.
