Don't worry, we offer a 30-day online return policy for all our jewelry items to provide flexibility and peace of mind. Each Ring is custom made to your chosen metal and size, and is protected by a 30-day money back guarantee.
To receive a refund, please review the company's refund policy to ensure that your request meets the specified conditions. You must initiate the return process within 90 days of purchasing eligible items according to the return policy. Be sure to follow the company's specific instructions within this time frame to qualify for a return and possible refund.
All Semi Mounts Rings
Our Semi Mount Engagement Rings come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have not mounted your stone, you can return the ring. You can also return it if a local jeweler has not altered it. Once you temper the Ring or mount the stone, the ring will become non-refundable.
We cover all Solitaire Diamond Rings for return within a 14 days period only. We will not process returns without missing paperwork or product.
You must send all the original documents & Certification that come along with the Item. Please ensure to include the Diamond Certification when shipping the item. If you lose or damage certifications like GIA, EGL, or others, you will be charged a fee of $250.00.
All Wedding Bands / Anniversary Rings
You can return our wedding bands, matching band, anniversary rings, and all other items hassle-free return within 30 days. Item must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, buyer pays for return shipping.
If you send back packages using different carriers like UPS and Canada Post, you may incur extra shipping fees. Javda can charge your credit card for restocking fees when they receive your original packaging. To avoid extra charges, it's best to use our preferred UPS & FedEx carrier for returns.
You have the option to return orders paid via PayPal for a refund to your PayPal account. Please expect your account to be credited within 2 weeks.
Shipping costs, including Special Handling and other related expenses, cannot be refunded. Do not send returns or exchanges with Cash on Delivery.
If the items can be returned, you should follow the company's return policy. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us before returning proof of purchased items.
Javda will not reimburse unauthorized shipping expenses.We may ask you to return the item. Depending on our decision, we might cover some or all the shipping costs. We won't pay for any extra customer services you choose, like overnight or express delivery.
After Your Return is Received by Javda
You will get an email to confirm when we receive your return. System processing occurs Monday through Friday.
Please give our team 24 hours or one business day to register the product after it is delivered. We need this time to process the registration in our system. This process will occur after the carrier has delivered the product.
After the product is registered in our system, it will undergo an inspection. This process may take 2-4 business days. Once the inspection is done, we will process your return completely.
For complete full refunds, kindly allow an extra 2-4 days. We will send you a shipping confirmation when we ship the product for your return.
Refunds to Your Credit Card
Refunds for purchases made through credit card or PayPal will be credited back to the original card or account used. Please note up to 2 weeks from the date Javda receives your return for the credit to reflect in your account.
You might want to check with your credit card company about their posting guidelines as they may differ.
International customers who made bank transfer transactions over $1000 can expect their refund to be processed in 3 weeks.
For purchases less than $1000 made through bank transfer, the refund process may take 3-4 weeks. The refund will credit back to the original payment method account from which the payment was made.
Adjustments to Sale Price
You can ask for a different price within 7 days after the package is sent, unless told otherwise. We will issue any price adjustments as store credit.
