Shipping policy

Dear Customers, your order will be shipped to you completely insured. We request all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving & signing for receipt.

Fedx

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away so you can get your jewelry as soon as possible! All Javda orders are processed within 7 - 10 business days and shipped to you immediately, Since every order is Manufactured as per the request Customer Order may take up to 2 weeks apprx depending on your custom request.

All orders are shipped using FedEx or USPS and are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually (2-3) business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse.

Fedx

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after working hours on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.


International Orders

We ship worldwide with FedEx and USPS. The payment method for international orders is bank wire transfer, which is an electronic transfer of funds directly from your bank to Javda Jewelry. After you place the order, you will receive an email with our routing and bank account numbers. You can then call or visit your bank and execute the wire transfer. You can also execute the wire transfer through online banking. At any time, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. If you have any questions, please contact our

• Javda will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

• Signature requirements for delivery:

For orders totaliing $1,000 or more, a signature is required, regardless

of any waivers you may have with FedEx.

For orders under $1,000, FedEx may require a signature.

If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a delivery for an additional fee of

US $10. Call 1800- 618-0057 and a Javda consultant will arrange this for you.


Tracking Your Order

We send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or the recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add contact@javda.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.


Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail® and guaranteed to arrive to APO & FPO processing center within 3 to 5 business days. From the time your package reaches the processing center, delivery to you will depend on Military Postal Service. Please visit our Military Shipping page (hyperlink) for more details.


Shipping Delay

All items are shipped insured & signature confirmation for the services you select . Any delay due to Holidays, weather condition or Air flight , or Snow drain condition will NOT be JAVDA responsibilities and no shipping fee reimbursement is done against the shipping services.


Shipment of Jewelry

Your item will be placed in a soft black jewelry box tucked inside the distinctive Javda gift box.
