If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Javda jewlery [www.javda.com]
within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus
shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges.
Please note that the
merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused" condition (defined below)
to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not
returnable.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for
wire transfers which will be refunded via company check. If the returned
merchandise involves layaway, the 10% deposit is not refundable. Multiple
merchandise returns exceeding five (5) of the same item or style number within a
30 calendar day period will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. The returned
merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original
documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be
honored.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any
refunds, exchanges or credits. " New and unused condition" means that there are
no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the
item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return
of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Return Instructions:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all
paperwork. For diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or
identifying certificates.
- Cut out the pre-printed return shipping label from your original packing
list and affix it to the outside of the box with packing tape. Ship your return
prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package
tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address
listed on the pre-printed label.
javda.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in
accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Care Department at
1-800-618-0057 if you have any questions or concerns.
*If you
receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist
no later than 5 business days after receipt at 1-800-618-0057. On a case by case
basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt
of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is extensive damage to
the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately
at 1-800-618-0057.
